You have to learn that from another advanced disciple. UNLESS you are very pure to begin with

In public view ? Maybe 1-2. That too is a maybe
What about karma yoga ?
It starts after you realize atman. Until then you are dancing to the tunes of gunas
What about Bhakti or naam smaran?
Only a guru can give you the real secret behind it. All that people do now is building up good thoughts to find a guru. The secrets are deep the world as yogananda said is very different than what we see.
