So desirelessness is not easy. What Ramana Maharshi describes is not having desire not only in this gross physical body but also no desire of heaven either. That is two steps. No desire in physical body or subtle body. Final step is no desire in causal or karana body.
That desirelessness is wisdom ! That’s why I am critical of many people who claim knowledge but in reality are worse than any ordinary person. What is the difference – you crave sex or money or Fame or food or jewelry or information about God ( which is not experience – true knowledge of God ) Go brag your information about God and get thousands to bow to you. I like my peace.
