The meditation is not necessarily sitting in a posture etc but does mean intense desire for liberation and God
Intense. In case I forgotten to say that
An example of intense – Ramkrishna wanted God so much he would cry incessantly for God , rub his face in ground etc
In that intensity they don’t even feel hungry or care for anything in life
Until then you will mark time. For eons
