I am surprised how people cannot grasp the need for a Guru. Although all that you need to know is that you are the Atman or Brahma. These constitute the main philosophy or maha vakya of all vedas. Tattvamasi, Ayam Atman Brahma, Aham brahmasmi, Pragnam ananda Brahma.
Yes to experience that is not so easy. We remain captive to our mind. Our mind continues to regurgitate events and thoughts and emotions. Why do you need to stop it? Without stopping it, just as the reflection of the moon is not seen in the sea or a plate, we cannot know we are atman or Shiv due to the turbulance of the mind waves.
There is no yoga without it. Now there are techniques to stop the mind and you need the living power of a Living Guru. The power of Ramana Maharshi, Yogananda etc is not sufficient to penetrate the block imposed by the body. Thats why a living Guru is needed. He can give you the power for example to hear the sound of the flute, and. Your mind gets engrossed in it and looses its fickleness.
Enough said. I have printed all these blogs in a book. And it is on Kindle also. The best way to look at blogs is in a book and opening a random page. This is for your information only. The books are expensive mostly because the agreement is that Amazon takes their share (which is 60%) right off the bat, and then there is the cost of printing the book. I have not converted this for making any money. It is about 2000 pages and is separated in 4 volumes.
The errors that maybe present in the blogs are still there in the books. I am not sure when I will get time to correct them.
So far I am making a strong case of not buying it !! :). I leave you to decide if it is expensive. Brahma vidya is priceless!
You can find it by typing Atma Gyani
