Gita

Chapter 7 , verse 8 is a beautiful verse giving different levels of meditation.
Yogananda – explained it perfectly

रसोऽहमप्सु कौन्तेय प्रभास्मि शशिसूर्ययो: |
प्रणव: सर्ववेदेषु शब्द: खे पौरुषं नृषु || 8||

I am the fluidity in water, O son of Kunti, and the radiance of the sun and the moon. I am the sacred syllable Om in the Vedic mantras; I am the sound in ether, and the manliness in humans

Be careful in understanding it. The sun and moon does not refer to external sun or moon

It refers to the two channels in the body. many people believe it is the channel through which breath flows. – this is somewhat correct

Important thing is if meditation is done under the grace of a real guru – done in a dark room- the brilliant light present in the sun and moon slowly reveals constantly – with eyes closed

The first step is done
