TED talk suggests the following strategy

To better wrangle with the stories in your head, Brown suggests asking yourself three questions:

1. What are the facts, and what are my assumptions?

2. What do I need to know about the others involved?

3. What am I really feeling? What part did I play?

However, for a yogi – it is obvious and no questions are needed. He sees the various factors directly
