Kriya Yoga

Everyone “thinks” they do Kriya yoga.

Sadly, people maybe on the way to learning how to do Kirya but it can take decades to truly learn it

Once it is perfected, and the consciousness has become pure, then all it takes is a few kriya and the dirt that we accumulate by living in the world is washed and quickly we realize your divine self.

Could take as long as 3 minutes but not more

So what we are trying to do is learn the correct technique

In the final run, all techniques are the same. Since we have no full understanding or experience we think there are different types of kriya. The kriya yoga is one – but based on our level of depth of meditation it may look like Sohum or mantra or Aum technique or Pranayama.

When done perfectly, all these differences instantly vanish.  At that point it becomes Kevali pranayama

So how do you know that you have mastered it, doing it properly

1.  You realize that the higher self or divine is you

2.  You realize that the problems in life are all your fault

3. Kevali occurs naturally

4. You become the source of all scriptures

5. Peace

6. You have a preference to staying within than going outside

7. The world ceases to impress you.  You can go within and without in seconds and there is no regret or feeling of loss when you don’t get things in life
