It is not easy.
Before you even read the first line, your mind is constantly accepting or rejecting what I write.
If it matches your understanding, you will like it. The problem is you have the ego of your understanding and all you gained is reinforced ego
If it does not match your understanding, you reject it , again your ego feels smug that you are superior
If you don’t understand it you get tired and move on to the next page, your ego saying what a bunch of crap
If you learn something new, you’re mind starts ruminating about it. If you think about it and feel good that you learnt something it was a waste. Just ego of understanding
But if you read it, learn something new and then crave a higher status, crave GOD, crave to become pure, crave leaving the bonds formed by the body, get disgusted with your flaws AND then go and meditate then you will certainly progress.
But few will ask how to do that!
