Jesus Christ was born in Bethlehem two thousand years ago.
To the masses Jesus propounded a simple philosophy of faith, love, and forgiveness. He spoke often in parables, pregnant with timeless morals. But to his disciples he spoke deeper truths, truths that have their correspondence in the deepest metaphysical concepts of the more ancient Yoga philosophy as revealed in the little-understood chapter of Revelation in the Bible.
When his disciples questioned Jesus, “Why speakest thou unto them in parables?” he answered, “Because it is given unto you to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it is not given. . . . Therefore speak I to them in parables: because they seeing see not; and hearing they hear not, neither do they understand” (Matthew 13:10, 11, 13).
Jesus came, he said, not to destroy the law and the prophets but to fulfil them. When questioned as to the greatest commandment, he replied: . . “Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength” (Mark 12:30).
To love God with this completeness is possible only through union with God, a state that can be attained by yoga meditation wherein one realizes the truth of Christ’s words: “The kingdom of God is within you” (Luke 17:21).
There is a beautiful accord between the teachings of Jesus Christ to enter the “kingdom of God within you” and the teachings of yoga’ set forth by Lord Krishna in the Bhagavad Gita to restore King Soul, the reflection of God in man, to its rightful rulership of the bodily kingdom, with full realization of the soul’s godly states of consciousness.
When man is settled in that inner kingdom of divine consciousness, the awakened intuitive perception of the soul pierces the veils of matter, life energy, and consciousness and uncovers the God-essence in the heart of all things.

Human love makes the grave error of thinking love is between two
True love is being united with God or pure consciousness
Since the human mind cannot comprehend this – it thinks that love is uniting two bodies. Hence people want to have sex, hug etc.
For ordinary people it is incomprehensible about love for God means being motionless in body, breath, heart, thought.
Yet eventually everyone will get there. It could be soon or could be in the next cycle where the entire solar system or even universe is dissolved and starts again
The seeds of unfulfilled desires will create a new body
Great beings never speak plainly. Never in public
But to those on the path that secretly reveal great mysteries !
The corollary is that those who have masses that follow them – have no spiritual substance and cannot help much
This of course is my opinion. It may offend those who idolize the famous teachers.
But ask yourself – are you more at peace during difficult times?
