Reading and success

I have a big problen with God. Every step of the way he created a challenge

Let’s say you read the previous blog. And in order to have ” faith” ( this of course would be more of a belief) you read autobiography of a yogi. Now you are armed with inner conviction that there is Babaji and he can create a palace

Now this where the problem starts. Let’s say you have terminal cancer . You have faith. And you pray. Hoping to get cured. Or the family also prays. Nothing happens.

What went wrong?

1. The story of palace is not true
2. You faith was flawed
3. You chuck it up and believe God will do what is best and continue with faith

Now let’s say this continues for 20 years. At some point your mind will have doubts. As the problems continue. Evil people around you have success. And here you are losing battle after battle

You see it easy to have “faith” when there is success.
And yet faith is supposed to be all powerful. Moses parted the sea. Even if you have faith as little as a mustard seed, you can move mountains. How many people in this world parted the sea and mountains?

So did reading help you? If you read you may develop a conviction. But we have deep down a desire that good things happen to us. We are protected. And that is the flaw. One must pray out of love with out an iota of desire for a miracle

Moses did not expect the sea to part. Lahiri Mahashaya did not expect a palace from Babaji.

But what we learn from reading is – wrong expectations!

We want a miracle daily. Yes it is possible and happens. But only if your pure in heart, no desires and have love for God

Read but read with having the right attitude

Otherwise millions of people lose faith. Calling yoga as fake. But my friend you did not apply principles properly

Now even in a true path – there are hurdles, no wonder fake paths lead to anger and frustration towards religion and religious leaders
