Hypnosis is a failure in defining reincarnation. The mind being very imaginative it can fill in details when asked questions about going deeper into the past
So it is inaccurate even for regression into current childhood details.
Remember this hypnosis is inaccurate. This is not a matter of debate
Now Hollywood and our need to believe in past lives makes us want to give credit to certain things we hear
Having said that, the following video is interesting. Interesting in the fact that this girl in regression was able to describe and give details about someone else which was true. I still am skeptical about it mostly because people want fame and will do anything for fame.
But it would be difficult even for an imaginative mind to accurately describe a stone
