Hinduism survived because of Shankaracharya Maharaj. 1200 or 2500 hundred years ago he revived Hinduism. He resurrected all the lost shastras and finished all that work by the age of 16. Every single veda, upanishads and shastra. He also created a lot more verses covering everything that should be known.
I will write about his life later. It will be long and most of the stuff – without proper commentary will become a story without a spiritual upliftment
