Addendum to last blog

If you know you are not thinking is it a thought ? If you know there were thoughts does it take peace away? Who was thinking and who was not thinking? Are they both the same?

Not only thoughts but emotions, breath and knowledge that the body is there is needed There is a technique to it. Merely reading books or imagining you don’t have thoughts or emotions does not help
