What we don’t realize is all thoughts are unwanted hence have the potential to make us miserable

Hence mediation. Learn to slowly conquer your thoughts.

Takes time. Learn the right way. You can’t stop the mind with imagination.

There is the right way. Call it kriya yoga or any fancy name – but the truth is the real technique is not written in books. It is taught and can only be taught by a someone who is accomplished.
