Does the desire to be one with God come from within when we are ready? Is this an external longing or will it come from within when we surrender?
Easiest way is in being in the company of those who have such a desire ( a true sadhak) Ora Guru. Constantly around them there are waves after waves of love and shakti that emanates naturally around them. It transforms everything including the physical material world they touch.
Imagination and reading books can lead to enthusiasm for a day or a few years but in the trials of life it can’t endure
On the other hand a truely sincere sadhak, will challenge God after this prayer I wrote above – test me my dear love. Test me my God. See if my quest for you goes away if when I have no money or food. I was sincere when I said that. Nothing matters to me. With all my heart
Then God will test you. Repeatedly. But such a Yogi laughs. Does not even think he is enduring. What a game. This is Chiti Lila.
But there is no pain just love and joy. That is what ShankarAcharya meant chidananda Rupa shivohum shivohum
In this Chiti Lila there is only Joy
Never be scared. This is a path of only joy. Oh what freedom. What joy when the shackles of money are gone!
What joy when attachment to the world is gone.
