Those who have not started imagine yoga to be easy
However once you start you realize it is very difficult

- In day to day activities – you know the you should remain calm. Loving. Non egotistical. But in a fraction of a second the mind losses its balance. Perhaps water on a lotus leaf can remain stable for a fraction of a second but not the mind
- When you constantly evaluate and analyze it is helpful – only if you use it to calm mind
- Life circumstances will challenge you
Oh fool, you choose to go on this path without Guru? How can you calm the mind? You have not the tools
Yes there are tools. All the books and photo of a hammer does give you a hammer. Why do you not get that?
