Why fast and why go to temple
Why do Japa and why chant name
Why do yoga and why enjoy bhoga?
Know you not your already the divine?
If you lose something you look for it
If you don’t have it you want it
If you have no joy you seek it
If there is no peace you crave it
Know you not your already the divine
I meditate not, on whom to meditate
I seek not joy, the self is joy
I seek not peace the self is peace
The self is all never lost
No effort needed for it is never lost
