Akho

Akho was an enlightened poet from Gujarat. He searched far and wide for a true Guru but was unsuccessful for a long time. However, after years of search, he found a Guru. He did not need much contact with a Guru and was enlightened in a very short time
He was upset with one of woman in the village. He treated her like family , like his sister. Akho by profession was a goldsmith. He had made a unique ornament for her but she doubted Akho – did he really use all the gold I gave him? When she got it examined, she realized Akho was genuine and used all the gold he had received and more. When Akho found out what transpired, he decided, the world is not worth it. He immediately left home to find a Guru
