Yes, they are granted.
No thought will go in vain.
Every thought will produce its effect
some time or other.
Thought-force will never go in vain.
Even if you don’t pray, constantly thinking of something will make it materialize. In time. When you have enough good karma for it.
You may think of becoming a millionaire. And you desire it. It wont happen overnight or instantly or in that life time. It can happen when your karma are ready to bear fruit
In other words, desire leads to constant thoughts and constant thoughts with Good karma leads to proper action giving results
This will if you believe in God or not.
In other words your desires will get fulfilled at some point. In other words, you will have to endure the burden of getting desires fulfilled. Whether you like it or not
