Steps to getting rid of worry

Your peace – your self realization as Atman or pure consciousness

Refuse to be affected – stand back. Don’t go back to the habit of worrying. It is a habit of the mind, emotions and intellect. Ego makes you believe that if you don’t worry the out come will be bad. We are afraid not to worry. And we don’t want to forget either.

While seeking the remedy. It is foolish to ignore the worry. You must work hard to correct the situation. But not worry. While working on situation do your job well. When your done with it you must forget it and go about your other responsibility instantly.
