True yoga talks about many fantastic claims with power over elements of nature

Like Babaji did!

Or Kabir

Or Yukteshwar

They really have mastery over the chakras and universe

But since very few can reach that stage , everyone will think it is a fairy tale or symbolism

And people will go about in their make belief thinking of chakras and imagination of power

This is my belief I wish I can meet someone great like that !

The less you speak. Many great and greater than great Guru are out there. But they hardly speak. The secrets are kept secrets

what is the method with which Jesus brought a very dead Lazarus back to life?

Or the method with which Babaji created a palace?

Or Gyaneshwar moved a patio / wall

Such miracles also have laws to obey.

Great Saints like Bharat Raja, Mirabai, had tremendous power but they kept if hidden

That is greatness

Those who try to walk on the path of religion / spirituality have a a self created enemy.

Their own pre conceived notion – a lot of it coming from reading false interpretations, given to them by their gurus, or parents etc

That’s why it is very important to find and read from an experienced person

Such people always look and talk ordinary

They have a wealth of information.

Like Buddha said , he revealed only a handful of leaves and left all the other leaves in the forest not revealed

I would like to share a video. This was a double blinded study showing how emotions and thoughts affects the material world

It shows how the water crystals change in shape and configuration with emotions

Learn to master your emotions even if very slightly is the message I take

This follows the famous REG experiment which showed how the mind affected computers

On a day off – with no wordly responsibility- do you just sit in meditation without food or water – no communication with anyone and enjoy the presence of divine ? Just a quiet dark room without any electronics!

Don’t mislead yourself in noble ideas of helping others, educating others – let the fake guru do that!

A great Yogi is very very difficult to find !

Yogashikupanishad and chandogya Upanishad both have described 5 types of Agni

Anyone can translate it and give the interpretation of the five types of fire.

However the stupid materialistic people can only give an explanation based on the material types of Fire – like fire in wood , fire in atom, etc

But, for a yogi , a real yogi , the fires having nothing to do with material world

The upanishads, using very subtle puns, gave a divine interpretation To understand this full mastery over Sanskrit is needed. Right now there is NO ONE who can go into the very subtle aspects of Sanskrit who can lead people and give correct meaning

In life we have a choice. Either case , it is a challenge

Choice one, learn to deal with numerous challenges in life. This will Conti throughout life

Choice two, learn to overcome the weakness of your own mind.

In my opinion choice two is more enduring from life to life

So , humans in the species Homo sapiens have been around for 300,000 years or more

The names that we know of – God or God like figures are Rama Krishna, ( 5000 years ? ) Jesus ( 2000 years) chaitanya maha prabhu ( 500 years ) swami Narayana ( 200 years ) approximately are very recent.

So does it mean that all the people who died before them – for them there is no hope ?

That would be utter foolishness

Any religion that claims their founder is the ultimate , has not given consideration to humans before the founder was there

Truth is – God is just. He Always gives everyone an equal opportunity irrespective of time or place.

The ignorance of followers makes them believe that anyone who does not accept Swaminarayan or Jesus or Krishna is a sinner and is doomed for failure

The wisdom of God is always there – ever fresh ever pure ever enlightening- even when the founders of the religion are absent

So what is that wisdom ? Is it something in books? Something in imagination? Something in our logic ?

The wisdom of God is infinite , more than any human can ever put together. All our attempts to figure out god with our intellect will always be incomplete

So for Christmas, our goal should be to meditate in silence and learn about the infinite in the depths of our intuitive consciousness. Since It is there that we can know about him – it is the direct link to God

This year’s new year message from the Pope – if, IF what’s app is to be believed – is about forgiveness

It is fairly short and talks about forgiveness in the family -referring to – no one in this world is perfect

What is missing in the message is the understanding – why forgiveness and the steps to forgiveness

It is very difficult – to just wake up in the morning and say I forgive my enemies. If we could do that , then everyone would be like Christ who forgave his enemies on the cross

So don’t read these messages, learn how to be that way

The fastest way to achieve that is by Yoga and learning it from an accomplished Yogi

The problem is – your concept of yoga is wrong. The internet’s is rife of incorrect, misleading information of yoga and Shakti

But what else can hey do ? Their source of knowledge is reading books, and postulation. The real Yogis like Neem Karoli Baba, or Babaji remain veiled to the world. Did Babaji tell lahiri Mahashaya how to remain “immortal”? Or how to levitate ? Or did lahiri mahashaya teach everyone those showman type of tactics ?

Even the art of Kriya – was taught in a very slanted way. What is present on the internet, is a logical conclusion, a postulate, but the secret behind it is hidden. So we see many people trying. trying for months and years, becomes a fad and then they leave

But don’t blame the system. Blame yourself for not doing it correctly. Yogananda, vivekananda all opened the door to a great path to a few very worthy disciples. Like sister Nandita, Peter Lynn, Gyana mata These disciples sacrificed themselves in silence for their Guru. Never advocated anything but remain humbly surrendered to their Guru. They did not want fame or publicity and most importantly did not want to become a Guru

Guru is not something a Yogi wants to be. Why leave the inner sweetness of God and move around in this selfish, hypocritical, world ?

The choice is yours

Anything of the world – your personal world – which is the body – breathing, walking talking , enjoying the senses is not needed for the pure consciousness

It is majestic and divine

In fact to be there – ( although you are already there) – all physical aspects of the body including breathing must be forgotten

How can you forget – stop thinking , breathing, not want to enjoy the body ?

You need a Guru

The statements made in Vedas, shastras, and upanishad are made for a Yogi

All that people think they understand is incorrect until you are deep in meditation

The creators of those grand scriptures were supremely intelligent.

Every word they used – worship the sun the moon or fire had NOTHING to do with the things we see outside

I will end with a very enlightened poem

Agni sanskar kijiye

Varan deh jal jaye

Agni sanskar nahi kiya

Vah deh jal jaye

Kahat Bhavin Somgar ka chela

Agni praapt kiya

Surya Chandra jal jaye

This is often Gods way of bringing you back to him

Thats when we begin to think of futility of the world and look for happiness in God and within

It’s not always a bad thing!

Of course when I talk about it , there is a lot more behind it

In this Yuga , whether it is Kali or dwapar every household is unhappy

With constant fights or anguish amongst spouses or in laws or parents children

Moreover, there are financial problems and work anguish

So where will you go for peace ? Who will you run to ?

A religious organization? They are often worse than any of the above. Look at the problems they have had in Swadhayay , or the fights in other entities to become number one ! And for what ?power ? Money ? Sex? Fame ?

Oh foolish person – go above it all. Seek permanent peace anchored in God

Unless you connect with God, you can’t even understand peace. The joy !

If your mind does not crave God, you are yet to connect with him

Sound comes from air

Air comes from God

This is a very short yogic poem

It has nothing to do with the “Bhakti” and clapping that you know of

As long as soul is in body , bodily needs and demands will always surface

The top most yogis are an exception. Like Babaji, gorakhnath, bharthruhari, Gurudev, parmanand maharaj, LAL ded, trailoki baba

Such persons are very rare.

Very few are permitted to go to that level

A wise man wanted to help. But the helpless person was so much in deep sleep – he / she could only want to improve his sleep and dream but did not want to wake up!

If your back is facing the sun how can you possibly see it ?

For a yogi this is a laughable logic

The statement for a yogi is the exact opposite

Patanjali said it perfectly in Yoga Darshan

sattva purusha anyataa khyaatimaatrasya sarvabhaava adhishthaatrtvam sarvajnaatrtvam ca

This is verse 50 chapter 3

Intelligence is different from the self

It will be difficult for a non yogi to understand the greatness of the sentence

There are many more, even more subtle layers. These have been alluded to Agama shastra, Muktashastra and Shaiva shastra

Shree Chakra covers it all

This is the highest

All other vedas Purana and Shastra arise from the lower steps of shaivism

Impossible to understand though unless all lower steps are completed

As long as your not ready , the mind will be satisfied with Kirtan, shastra, and refuse to accept anything a step above

Such yogi are very rare

Using your brain or understanding is NOT knowledge

That maybe a step toward God but just a beginning

True knowledge starts after Samadhi

It is very rare

It is a rare soul that opens Brahmanadi or Sushumna

Until it is open – there is no moksha, no knowledge and no Bhakti

Whatever we think we do remains an illusion of Maya

Truth is without intense love for god or the ability to meditate deeply that kind of control over the mind is not easily obtained

The three Gunas, in truth , cannot be won over easily. It is difficult to remain dispassionate no matter what you practice.

People want to enjoy There are two ways to enjoy. Enjoy the world or enjoy Sacchidananda within

It is as simple as that. Those who are able to enjoy within, slowly give up all worldly enjoyments since the joy within is greater

So ask yourself – which joy is greater for you ?

1. Millions of dollars or the joy within?

2. Others praising you or the joy within?

3. Power or the joy within?

4. Spiritual discussion or the joy within?

5. Thinking of a beautiful future or the joy within?

6. Great food and sensual pleasures or the joy within?

7. Sleep or the joy within?

8. Doing Kriya or Bhajan or meditating or the joy within? Very few will understand what is meant here

Learn to go within. If you can’t find a guru. A real guru does not have millions of disciples he is lucky if he has a few. Why would he want disciples who only seek worldly pleasures?

It is best to leave such exalted guru alone till your ready

Many lives will be gone before a soul will say I am tired of the world And I will work hard to go within.

It was so curious to find so many people at a wedding – their only goal was enjoyment.

Read books. But there is no awakening

Read blogs and surf the web. All it helps is intellectual curiosity Mostly with wrong information

Where will you find the fountain that quenches your inner thirst ??

Yes. The body gets old. When it becomes less useful the soul leaves it. And goes helplessly based on karma. Like a leaf cut from a tree

Pray and do good while you can. Social activity is only slightly good.

Life was given not for financial or social success. It was there to know yourself as soul by complete experience.

Instead all of our time was wasted for money social events and debating what book to read and follow – based on our stupid intelligence

Conditioned that success is money and status

Some have achieved social status and money by being a successful “sadhu”

And we believe that this is also an Amazon buying item – the more stars the public give it must be a better product

It is NOT possible to know the self without yoga. Thus NO KNOWLEDGE is possible without yoga

The yoga I refer to is not what you traditionally believe or read. All books and shastra DO NOT describe the yoga I refer to. Yes they have profound impact but the key necessity has been obscured.

I have described the key points repeatedly but human intellect will prevent almost all readers from grasping it.

Everytime I read yogananda God talks with Gita I realize why did I not grasp this subtle point right away ? It was written in white and black.

The problem is we are predetermined , based on our ego, that what I think and know is correct, and no matter what yogananda said or shankaracharya said, or Bhavin says, I know more and better and they are all wrong

Of course it is ridiculous. But that is the way it is. Your own preconceived ideas insist that “it has to be this way” Atman has no thoughts. Just realization.

Illusion

There are 4 navratri. In the Indian calendar of Maha ( Gupta ) , chaitri, Ashadha, and Aaso

It is in memory of Durga, Laxmi and Saraswati.

They say it is part of Para shakti

Everyone has a concept and theory. Yet they are just concept and theories. Truth is different

Go formulate your theories by reading blogs, analyzing and your interpretation

Some rare wise person gives up the theory and just experiences her. Learns the truth from her.

Karma prevents us from grasping. Ego robs us of seeing. Sad. A Guru right in front yet we remain blind !

Silence is golden. Babies can’t grasp.

The stories in Ramayana are very accurate. The battles – are a perfect description of steps in meditation.

Under the guidance of a true guru – one can confirm.that they are the steps. However a minimum of 30-40 years are needed with constant guidance from a perfected Guru

The story of vali and his slaying? Defeat of Indrajit, defeat if kumbha karma, battle with Ahiravana and Mahiravana, and finally slaying of Ravana

Hanuman carrying the mountain is also part of the battle

Its important to know these things. The intellectualization of the stories have little advantage in calming the mind. Just feeds an over burdened sense of ego and excitement to the brain. We seek calmness

In yoga sikhaupanishada, they describe 16 adhaars. Then a very profound statement is made. If you don’t even know those adhaars you are NOT a yogi

None of books, blogs have written anything about them

Sad ! And they call themselves Yogi !

Who am I to believe ? The ancient upanishad or the modern day Bloggers, self proclaimed teachers and gurus?

One of the adhaars is called, I believe, balwaan chakra.

Oh tell me more about it !

We make up stories in our mind and then fight with others based on our imagination

TED talk suggests the following strategy

To better wrangle with the stories in your head, Brown suggests asking yourself three questions:

1. What are the facts, and what are my assumptions?

2. What do I need to know about the others involved?

3. What am I really feeling? What part did I play?

However, for a yogi – it is obvious and no questions are needed. He sees the various factors directly

There are many paths. Each one at a slightly different level or view.

However for those who follow Shankara acharya, you can’t think of the world and wanting its amenities and then say God is the only reality.

Thus it is the road only for those who give up everything – money, fame, food Not physically but mentally. The test lies when they lose it – can they remain calm ? Without invoking the right to “fairness”

So that road is very difficult for the ordinary person. It maybe the most powerful though

If the siddhis of yoga are true, then the ability to move a platform like gyaneshwar is no where to be found.

Or like Kabir where the body was converted into flowers

Jesus Christ in his previous birth as Elijah merged his body in Air into air

Such things are rare. People who know them while alive – are very few. Even Arjun could not recognize Krishna. Except a few Gopis Arjun most others were maybe bhakta but not disciple

Such high things, if true are very rare. Most people , since they are rare , take it as an allegory. Or they say , let’s use logic

All I ask is people to re consider. Not jump to hasty conclusions of supremacy when the first step has not even started

No one knew how great gyaneshwar or his guru were. It is much later after the story was exposed that people visited him. At that point gyaneshwar took samadhi.

Yogananda used to say Shakti will not permit greatness to be revealed to the public for long. She shrouds them in a veil. This is necessary

In my opinion, a true Guru is extremely rare. They have a specific mission They have a message and then let a disciple spread it but they themselves go back into hiding

In Vishnutirthji maharaj lineage it is Parmanandtirthji maharaja ( who is still alive) and in Yogananda it is Babaji.

But I am not worthy of talking about them

To be worthy of them much much cleaning, devotion interest and love for God must exist. To the extent that hardships are ignored

That is why they are unable to appear. We are simply not ready.

It is true they do appear from time to time but only for a rare deserving soul. How can such a person even talk about it ? He remains silent.

Ultimately the goal is God. Not fame or money.

We make the error in looking for someone famous – then go. Find someone famous. The goal should be someone enlightened.

An enlightened person has given up fame. Money. They mean nothing to him. Who wants such dirt ? Once you have God they will appear as dirt. Nothing compares to the glory of God. Or self. Or Shakti or divine

So if your goal is truly God. God alone. Then you are slowly walking towards a guru

A guru will not bestow anything to a disciple until his sincerity is tested for a long time.

There are many such secrets.

I should not share them. The world remains disrespectful to the great Gurus. They mock them by imitating greatness By making false claims. Seducing students by using logic. Rob them of their money

Such deceitful Gurus are punished heavily in future births

Having said that some organizations do a lot of charity. That is very good.

So the first step we need is sincerity in our goal. Don’t look upon a Guru as an amazon item and look for how many stars he got ! Are you blind dear friend?

A Guru does not want disciples. If the disciple comes to him and only – Only – if he chooses will he accept a disciple. It is not the rating or number of disciples but all in the sincerity

The people of the world are foolish. They seek to solve personal problems. They don’t want God. Is a Guru foolish that he does not see through it ?

So my dear friends. Leave me alone. Find a different blog. Waste your time elsewhere. I am not what you seek

There are many spiritual retreats – worthless. But that’s what they do. Offer luxury a few discussions and lessons. Tell you that your doing very good flatter your ego. And best of all collect a lot of money

NONSENSE !

In the ashram of Vishnutirthji and Shivohum tirthji a spiritual retreat is very simple. No luxury. No lectures. If you have questions you may be permitted to ask. Sleep on a floor mattress. Take care of your own laundry cooking etc but your responsibility is to meditate at schedules times. Lastly, no money is expected. Their only desire is you meditate and make progress

The same was at my Guru place but with a significant difference. Gurudev would play his role

Why no lectures or discussions ? What is to be reached is beyond intellect. Thinking is a hindrance.

In this day and age everyone wants to understand and have mental imagination that they are progressing or imagine success or live in fantasy of progress. No one wants the hard work of real progress. Secondly why discuss when an awakened shakti gives you direct answer ?

So pick your path wisely. I know what you think you want and I know you will go in the opposite way. Enjoy !

This is one of the least understood verses in Gita

God says : aksharaanaamakaarosmi dvandvaha saamasikasya cha |
ahamevaakshyaha kaalo dhaataaham vishvatomukham || 33 ||

Among the alphabets I am “A” and among grammatical compounds I am Dvandva. I only am the inexhaustible time. I am the provider facing all directions.

Samasik can mean compound or brief or temporary

Dwandha refers to dualities

Anyway that is the traditional translation

A yogi with the highest awakening experiences it differently. If one reflects on it the meaning is extremely simple

Sadly the translation by most of Gita has been misleading

Psychology has done extensive studies and found the five priorities in life are as follows

1 breath

2 need for love ( not sex )

3 water

4 food

5 sex

They missed where need for sleep fits in but is most likely between 1 and 2. They are given in the order of preference as per their study

Why am I talking about it ?

Read about a sadhu convicted for rape and sentenced In india

Similar convictions are found in the Church.

Those who are foolish enough to believe they can overcome carnal desire easily are extremely ill informed. It takes much struggle.

The world is rife with such wrong concepts. And wrong sadhus.

Many organizations have such internal corruption that gets suppressed.

People then lose faith in God , organization etc. but God is not at fault. Even ramkrishna struggled for a few seconds and Lahiri Mahashaya struggled for 10 years

Life is a journey to be enjoyed. When is it a journey to be enjoyed ? When your journey leads you back to God. Otherwise it is a path of maya or devil

In devatma shakti Vishnutirthji Maharaj described in a page long detail of what happens to the prana of cosmos and individual body during a solar eclipse

This would explain the strange individual rituals in India of praying and baths during an eclipse

Oh yogi – before you think your accomplished pray tell me if you have experienced any chakra?

What is it like ?

Please don’t go by what you read and fill it in with imagination

The reality of a chakra is different

Just a friendly reminder spiritual progress is a long journey. Be prepared. Work hard don’t be satisfied by lesser experiences.

Let this be a warning in finding a Guru. He can describe a chakra in a way no book can describe.

Otherwise google it if you just want to live in imagination. That’s what all the so called Gurus do. They google it. Imagine it. And serve it to gullible people. Then misguided faith gives power to the fakes. Such misguided faith only hurts

Very difficult to find a true person

This blog is not meant for people who think they found God or found a Guru. For them based on their destiny they continue their journey. Such souls should not waste their time by reading this blog

Many people believe they have accepted that they are shiv, or spirit or foolishly believe they found a Guru and now they can live life freely. The standards of purity are NOT lowered because you believe in God or Guru or accept Jesus or a certain path. ONE MUST STRUGGLE INTENSELY TO GET A PURE KIND LOVING PERSONALITY

God loves those who are pure and turns his face when ego of understanding that they have a path or understand the vedas or Gita is there

Those who are busy enjoying life should not waste their time either. It is futile. This path is meant for those who want to give up the idea that duality is happiness

That leaves a very few number of people who should Read This blog

1. Be smart enough to understand that their current methods and understanding has not reaped full benefits

2. The goal should be giving up the concept that body and life is pleasure. They can be only enjoyed after spiritual experiences are permanent

3. Those who realize what is written here is like morsels on a gourmet meal

On the pure mind – a reflection of the past lives – ours and family and friends- falls very clearly

Do you know your past? The past of your family ? The karmas of others ?

We can always make a claim. Or assume our saint knows it but truth is most of the people know NOTHING! This is specially true for the so called guru

It is not important that they know it but it is a natural gift for a Guru

Where do you stand in purity ?

Have you ever tried to silence your mind ?

Learn the joy of not a single thought or emotion?

Do you ever try to reach that?

What a waste of time if you have never tried it

Knowledge is experience of self

Without that experience there is only an imagination of what the self is like Or of what the atman is like

The mind must be pure otherwise there will be only imagination and no experience

A pure mind has no imagination.

A mind can be made pure only by shakti

Shakti can only be awakened by a Guru

A true Guru is very rare

Full awakening of all 3 ( or more layers of shakti ) can only be done by a Guru

Guru who claim awakening are fake. It is not advertised and not done en masse

The techniques are kept secret. It is not just saying words or mantra or touch etc

Good luck. Hope you can understand

Life is a struggle. Always will be. It is the part of maya. The sooner you understand it, seeks means to escape it faster is the spiritual progress

Yet countless lives are wasted trying to find happiness in this life

Wake up !!

Easy to say. Very hard to understand. What people generally understand is that – loving their body, their ego, vanity personality and position, money

That is wrong and it is the quickest way to hell

Yet most people will understand it that way

Truth is – loving oneself can only be fully understood when ones subtle body is FULLY. Liberated. I say fully because even ghosts may have a subtle body but it is WORTHLESS!

Loving oneself in an intermediate phase means to love God

In a higher phase it means something else – loving all of God’s creations

Enough explained

A yogi sees janmashtmi differently. His view point of the birth of Krishna in “jail” is different. Why did he take birth as 8th child?
The tithi was 8th. Splitting of jamuna refers to sushumna
It was raining heavily. Why ? He most certainly did not make it easy for Vasudev.
These things have deep yogic meaning – directly related to divine shakti

The answer is no. All those who try to swim out of maya or illusion fail. We try to use “our intelligence”. This will fail a 100 % of the time

Only with the guidance of a person beyond maya can one swim out

What is that guru guidance ? It is NOT just his words but it is awakened shakti that take you beyond

So by reading my blogs it may give a little help, a fraction of the chi / qi / skakti but not the full effect that is needed
